Not everything needs to be a product. These are the tools I build to scratch an itch, test an idea, or take a chore off my plate.
Garage Coach OS
A local-first home-gym display. It logs sets by voice, streams heart rate and power, and answers questions about training history with citations back to the date and set. The panel that matters most right now grows on screen.
Python, SQLite, Starlette, React
Zoho Mail drafts connector
An MCP server that lets Claude search and read Zoho Mail and save drafts, and cannot send. Every outgoing request is checked so only reads and draft saves get through.
Node, MCP SDK, zod
Marketing operator
A command-line marketing system. Drafts are written by AI workers, checked against what the product actually does, approved by a person, then scheduled. A draft cannot go out while a claim conflicts with the product.
TypeScript, Node, Buffer API
Site Designer
A campground planning tool on a satellite map. Draw the parcel and roads, and it lays out RV, tent and cabin sites, skips steep ground, and models revenue and payback.
Next.js, MapLibre, Turf.js
