How do I share planning with my spouse or family?
Household sharing is part of Presently Pro. In the app, open your household, create an invite, and send the code or an email invite. When they join, you both see the same people, events and gifts.
Can I keep a gift secret from my spouse?
Yes. When you add or edit a gift, set its visibility to “hide from spouse” or private.
How do friends see my wishlist?
Add friends with your friend code or their email address. Each wishlist item has its own visibility: all friends, specific friends, or private. Friends can quietly claim an item so others know it is taken.
I’m not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are on for Presently in the iOS Settings app, and that the event has reminder days set. Reminders arrive at 9 AM on the days you choose.
How do I cancel Presently Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Presently. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I export my data?
Open Settings › Data › Export Data. Presently creates a file with your people, events and gifts that you can save or share. You can import that file later.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings › Delete Account. Your account and its data are removed. See the privacy policy for exactly what is deleted.
